i remember once...when one of my close friend cheated me....

and all out of nowhere.. the guy forgot the lyrics...
we were still playing... hopin tht the guy will remember..

but there was this incident that happened very recently

theres this girl i know..it hadnt been even a month that she joined office
one day she was waiting for outside her office as the person who usually opens the main door was late..
quite a lotta staff members had gathered
next this guy says that "------'s looking really hot today"
Every single person started smiling and looking at her..
lol.....even the peon who may not even know what "Hot" meant was grinning !!!

Jeez!!
i mean c'mon people can say she's looking nice...the dress is looking nice... blah blah blah
BUT Hot?? :shock:

 

psh, thats just guy talk. Most people don't actually mean it as crudely as it comes out.

well bubbly that is kinda type of a "locker room talk" ... no need to get so worked up on it ...

we men need these extreme sounding terms in our language ... otherwise we feel speechless ...

 

i personally think... "HOT" is a nice compliment :grin:
of course it doesnt beat "beautiful"

 

bubbly......i guess its quite normal now to hear hot......its nothin to b embarrased of....

 

welll....i just remember two incidents....
the first...hmmm.....i once went to give an interview in AN ORANGE PYAJAMMA.....(yeah yeah ...now stop laughin folkies...)..
and the other....last year i went fer a chess tournament just before dushhera holidays...when i cma bakc...i thought the winter dress was on.l......and..........(do i even need to say nething more???..)

and i personally think....hot is a very good compliment....why should one be embarrased to say or hear it is beyond me...

My most eMbarassing moment-lol

Guys i was in college and we had travelled to REC Surathkal for this cultural fest of theirs. We were presenting a 'General Variety' show--in which I had to do a guitar single immediately after a Skit.

So as soon as the skit got over I changed my clothes and started playing my guitar on stage----but behold--in the hurry I had forgotten to ZIP my Fly!!!!!!!!!!!

Man everybody was hooting and clapping--I thought I was playing well---man but after my song ended--the anchor anounced a Chit from the Audience--( they call it a fish pond--audience cooments)--said-''song was okay but the peep show was better''. Man 300 people started Laughing--oh man then my friends told me what had happened!!!!!!!!!!--but anyways we came in 3 rd!!!!!
