@dp dont have time for all those exercises u mentioned but manage to work some distance not 3 miles n do mainly push ups or out for football(only when have school)
in holidays lazy bum in front of comp whole day or else playing chess(mental exercise)
or guitaring n singing(mainly to disturb my neighbours hahaha

 

Yeah, i go to the gym whenever i feel like it......but when i go, i workout like a friggin fanatic...........

 

and then u fall down and ??? hehehe...!

 

Exactly I get exhausted and curse myself for doing that and then again.......cycle goes on.....
