woohoo, I spent another 10 mins for recording. It's not perfect, it's been done on an acoustic which I got for 400 ruppees and with a crappy mic and a crappy voice but I hope it helps anyway


I couldnt find my plectrum anywhere so I played this with my fingers....it's just the same chords, only I'm playing the bass with my thumb and the chords with my fingers.

I wasn't playing tabs...just chords in between the tabs you posted. In the order:

D, Bm, D, Bm, A, E, D


As for the guitar...trust me, you dont want this guitar. You wouldnt even take it if I gave you 400 rupees for it. I got it from a friend who bought it for free from some other guy who had originally bought it from some guy who had paid 400 rs for it in 1996. I give it to anyone who is learning guitar from me at any time. It's the worst guitar I've ever played. I can barely get the lower frets to sound.

What two guitars have you got and for how much? Do you like them? I'm planning to buy a new guitar so any help is appreciated.


By the way....am I the only one who names their guitars?

the 2 guitars which i have..1 is called alhambra which is more of an antique..but it sounds good..got it from some distant relative in denmark..the other one is a local givson 125..which i bought myself, it costed me almost 2k..what kinda guitar do u want to buy? spanish/accoustic/electric..gimme a hint so that i could suggest ...dunno much about elec. guitars though

omg..i didnt know even guitars are given such nomenclature?..heeehe! for accoustic..check out givson and hobner! :grin: many people here have givson125..but i find a flaw in such guitars..they are just 12 fretted..so u try other models..like givson royal ( https://www.sapthaswara.com/images/WESTERN/Gutiar Givson royal_std_s.JPG )

they sound absolutely gr8 ... almost like a piano ...

I have a nylon string guitar of chinese make. Some company called Granada. It cost me 3000 rupees and has a decent sound. I needed it since I'm learning Classical Western music and doing a course affiliated to the Royal School of Music in London.

 

you can always BUY nylon strings and install them...

While that is possible, its not advisable because there are certain differences in the making of a nylon string classical guitar.


The strings are widely spaced apart. This makes finger plucking easier.

There are 18 frets and not 21.

The acoustics are designed for a mellower sound.
