@ garry, you shud have had an option where it says both hurt equally...
though i voted for the second option...
When there is a chance that you can talk it out and bring back the situation to nomal, and if you keep quiet.....it hurts so much in the long time run....just the feeling that it could have been set right if somebody had said something and it wud've been a possibility that everything wud have been alright too...

but at the same time, the first option equally hurts too....
I have heard that an arrow that is send out and a word that is said can never be taken back(something like that, whatever, u know what i meant;))......A thousand aplogies would not make a very big difference if what you said was unacceptable... (well, atleast for me:eek:: )...so the solution is, measure your words and say it.....

oooh, I DIDNT SAY THAT:shock: ...*hits on the head*..ok, back to dumdum or dumbo or baby child;)(as people call me:))

^^ i have to agree with angela in a way...its true. Its not a quantitative concept..you can measure the hurt..

theres more involved and it cant be boiled down to two options..(although i did vote for the second..its possible for circumstances to give way to the first being the most hurtful!)

^Did you reply for the sake of replying? What's abstinence have to do anything with this whole thing?

^^exactly..where did that come from? Do you know what that even means?
    And life IS about choices.
If you make the wrong one, there are consequences...and you should be strong enough to face it, rather than look for the easy way and turn to self-defense.

    abstain means....

abstain as per oxford dictionary means "refrain from voting".
and this is a poll i guess....right disturbed?

so i abstain that wd mean i chose not to vote.

and yes i dint reply for sake of replying...i replied to something that petunia said. read the message again.

How wonderful of you to quote the oxford dictionary. I apologise, i was going by the general meaning of abstinence meaning to refrain from performing an act. Never knew it was specific to refraining from exercising your right to suffrage. I stand corrected.

yes u r right as far as the general meaning is concerned.
