Got this as a SMS....strangely I never thot of it before...

"Have you ever wondered which hurt the most : Saying something & wishing that you had not; or saying nothing & wishing you had? "

i think the second one ...cos if u say somethng which later on you feel that u shudnt u can amend it to an extent by saying 'sorry' cos somethng thats done is done...we cannot 're-do' it...

When you say nothing & wish you had...in this case you can tk some steps ... but there is a time frame attached to that aftr that time frame doing anythng mite b just useless......

 

agree with disturbed...but in general its 1 because its recipients can be more than one and you really dont know how the recipient will react to it. For second things are confined in you only so scope is limited.

 

com'on sorry can never undo the things. It never works. You cant expect that person to react to you the same way (s)he did before this episode.

Think relationship between two people like a thread. Saying something is like breaking it in parts and saying sorry after that it like knotting broken pieces. Definitely you can expect the same strengh.

But you can never take back time and say something when you could have...

Depends really .. U might say somethin that leaves a scar forever .. in which case option 1 hurts more .. or on other instances as Petoo said .. u can never bring back Time n say what you wanted to ..
