er please all of you refrain from the "zindabad" an other competitive posts. i never wanted to start such a thread - merely wanted one where everyone would let fellow igt-ers know what their mother tongue was and write "i like hanging out at IGT" in their own language. few have done that, but we got a lot of posts down the zindabad lines !! yuck.
I know this is getting repretitive.. I am Marathi aswell... "Mala IGT var tp karayala khoop avadta. Ithe shiknya jogi khoop goshti ahet" that means...I love hanging around in IGT...and There a re lots of things to learn here...

i thought it was bEngali. there are more people in the world who speak bengali and hindi, than some of the other languages you named..........
mine is bengali............. @jamhead.... "bengali" or "bangla" is the language..... "bangali" is the word referred to those who speak that language .......
