Mine would have to be Jag Panzer's immortal 1984 debut LP 'Ample Destruction'. I absolute treasure that copy and it's not going anywhere. I challenge all you metalheads to find another copy.
something by Mudhoney ... dunno the name of the album ... they were the real pioneers of grunge ... (way back in 1988) ...
I have Deep Purple - Live In London featuring all guitar solo by Blackmore. None of the Rainbow or Deep Purple Live albums have such a thing. It went out of Print in 1978 or so. Deep Purple - Last Concert In Japan featuring Tommy Boling. Here Tommy Bolin sings one of his songs called Wild Dog an amazing stuff with a terrific solo. Has a John Lord Keyboard solo in this album. Another rarity. None of the other albums feature this. Infact John Lord starts off with his solo and plays an instrumental version of My Woman From Tokyo. Why will they make it instrumental when it's their own? Cant find it anywhere else. Tommy Bolin is at his worst form but sings far far better than Coverdale. Just Wild Dogs is good enough to prove that. Hear Coverdale massacaring Highway Star, Burn, Smoke On The Water, etc.. I am a big fan of Coverdale anyway. It's just he was a total crap in Deep Purple. To know Coverdale check his later Whitesnake Albums. I used to have one of the best collections in India around 10 years back. Now that everything is available here in India.
Atheist- Live in Chicago. THis is my all time favourite concert. I dont think too many people have this.
I have "Last Rites', the Killing is my business and business is good, demo sessions CD by Megadeth. Really good.
I have a lot of rare bootleg songs Kocking On Heaven's Door - Greatful Dead Deep Purple's Knocking At Your Back Door - Dream Theater Sunshine Of You Love (Instrumental) - Jimi Hendrix Wish You Were Here - Greatful Dead Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd with Van Morrison The Gunner's Dream - Pink Floyd with Eric Clapton Aqualung - Ronnie and The Electric Elves (Featuring Ronnie James Dio) Have a plenty of songs from Dio early bands. Those were days when Ronnie James Dio was playing Bass and vocals. Ronnie and the Red Caps Ronnie and the Prophets Ronnie and the Electric Elves and a few other bands which didn't even release a single album. Dio is not the Metal guy we all know. His early stuffs were all pop Love Songs where he sings like Beatles. I can bet that you wont even recognize his voice. He has also made a kick ass cover of Jethro Tull's Aqua Lung.
lol...i got this mp3 of ozzie singing Stayin Alive..its awesome! another one of him singing blue suede shoes.
