Ah the gimmicky goodness of a Variax acoustic eh? I dunno, I think you could look into purchasing a good normal acoustic (Gibson, Ovation, Washburn, Takamine, etc.) for your acoustic needs. You already have an LP like you said, and unless you really really like this LP Goddess, you should hold off on your second electric purchase and pick up an acoustic.
