YES, much better - no industry, no jobs, no engineering colleges, no urban planning and development, no progress - all this in the state that was an industrial powerhouse till 1970, had the first engineering college and first IIT and first IIM and first research laboratory, the first college of any kind (presidency college) in india, had satellite cities and metro rail before other cities in india had public transport even.....

i think the reservations r crap....y not introduce dem at scholl lvl first....how can a guy go into iit and iim without havng proper education...as for the marxism...i think there needs to be a sort of middle ground between the marxist society and the capitalist society..that will be the ideal situation

At this day and age, thats the last thing we need. they anti everything that breathes and has a reason to live.

But in China's defense, i will say that because of their close-mindedness and refusal to let the "corrupt" western world influence their country and society, they have managed to protect their traditions and culture-AND still remain one of the few potential superpowers yet to come. hats off! They really handled it well. ??

 

the scandinavian countries already have that kin of a system, where they try to acheive communistic social ends through capitalistic economic means.

there's free healthcare, education etc for all, poverty is not heard of, everyone has basic oppertunity in life, all the finer points of socialism - and yet economically countries like norway, denmark, sweden etc are all out capitalist.

 

yes thay did. they retained the total control of communism while adapting capitalistic economic designs.

the world's biggest corporate today .... is china.

 

China has become what it has become now because of capitalism, not communism. Where is the Iron Curtain when so many MNC's are setting up base there?
Personally, I think a point of time will come when China will explode, communism will come to an end in China, its inevitable.

 

^^ China do not follow the laws of marx for communalism. it's way diff..rather can call dictatorship. but it's no more heard now n better define as capitalistic.

economically no they dont. they follow capitalistic economic policies.

but politically yes, they are as communist as they come, with total centralised control over the government.
