man..the only other bobby i can think of is bobby deol..lmao..and
i know for a fact that 2 bobby deols can fit in ur pants.
maybe u are 200% more than bobby deol..

ahh maybe my music theory dig at vini was lame..
but i would prefer to have a mod who knows guitar related stuff well..or someone who can help out with sensible replies in the beginner and gear related forums..
theres a lot of senseless advices given to newbies out there.a mod who knows his/her stuff will be able to delete it or maybe edit it out.
im not against a female becomin a mod..if she knows her stuff well..
ive not seen till date vini in the beginner or gear related forums..maybe very few times..i dont recollect though.
i would prefer someone like ronnieanand or rabi sultan who will log in 2wice a week..and moderate the beginner and gear forums.
than someone who will log in 7 days and moderate the chit chat lounge.

i dont mean to be a prick.
but i see it this way.if u dont agree..i dont care.and if u agree... i still dont care.

one thing ... making a GIRL the moderator of the forum DOESN'T MAKE THE FORUM ANY BETTER ... do you think you'll be in the news sayin ... "our forum has lot of female members, it EVEN HAS A FEMALE MOD" ... : J/K

I think there should be mods for seperate sections. I agree with dharmatma. Maybe Vini should handle the Chit-chat. Someone like Rabi/others the gears... etc. This way, it'd make the mod feel more responsible for the specific section and not the forum as a whole. Think about it. Put people where they are good at. Don't make universal mods.

While you have a good point, I disagree because you have entire sub-forums dedicated to helping people with beginner and gear related forums....I don't think a newbie has to ask a mod specifically for technical help. A mod should ideally be regular in their visits and nothing else really makes a difference. If you start deleting the unwanted posts from those forums, there won't really ever be a discussion and the entire sub-forum will eventually die out or become redundant. I think it's enough for someone who finds a mistake in a certain post to challenge it with an explanation.


And it's better to be a prick than to be a suck up....seriously.

we will answer all you want to know ! how many of newbie's query at begineer q & a die off without any solution or reply to it !
