Hello again everyone, I'm back... this time it's another cute and easy listening song -- Nei Tumi by Warfaze. It's very similar to the other song I TABbed, Joto Dure (i Thaako) by the same band. Infact these two numbers are so similar that I get confused even while thinking about one, let alone singing.

    Anyway, the lyrics is here...

    verse 1:
    jochonaar aalor moto eshechile tumi
    rongdhonur rong hoye ekechile chobi

    prechorus:
hotath ek jhor eshe bhenge dilo shobi
meghe dheke gelo amaar ei prithibi

    chorus:
    nihshongo aaj ei je aami
    khuje phiri aajo kothae tumi
    nodi jemon meshe mohonae
    temni aacho tumi moner ainae

    verse 2:
mone pore shei deengooli, aanmone bolte tumi
jaabe na amae phele kobhu onno bhoobone

    verse 3:
ekshaathe koto taara gona, obhimane neerobota
kokhono baa aabege shudhu jorate amae

The verse is pretty easy and smooth...

    G-----------Bm--------C-----------D--
    jochonaar aalor moto eshechile tumi
    G----------Bm---------C----------D---
    rongdhonur rong hoye ekechile chobi

    G 320033
    Bm 224432
    C 332010
    D 200232

Then comes the prechorus... it's actually a part of the verse, but it repeats in every verse, so I dub thee (unforgiven?) the prechorus...

    Am--------Bm-----------C------------D--
hotath ek jhor eshe bhenge dilo shobi
    Am-------Bm-------C-----D-----------
meghe dheke gelo amaar ei prithibi

    Am 002210

    Then chorus...

    G---------D---Em------C---
    nihshongo aaj ei je aami
    G--------D-------Em---------C--
    khuje phiri aajo kothae tumi
    G------D-----Em------C----
    nodi jemon meshe mohonae
    G-------D--------Em------C----
    temni aacho tumi moner ainae

    Em 022000

The prog. for the second verse is slightly different from that of the first verse...

    G--------------Bm---------
    mone pore shei deengooli
    C------------Dsus4--
    aanmone bolte tumi
    G------------Bm------
    jaabe na amae phele
    ------C-----------Dsus4--
    kobhu onno bhoobone

Dsus4 is to be played this way compared to D --

    D 200232
    Dsus4 300233

You may play only the high five strings, that is, leave the 6th string(E) out for Dsus4.

Now for the intermediate players --

    ..G . . . . . . . . Em . . . . . . . .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|----3---|--------|----3---|--------|
    G|--------|--0-----|--------|--0-----|
    D|--4---4-|--------|--4---4-|--------|
    A|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    E|3-------|--------|0-------|--------|

    ..C . . . . . . . . D . . . . . . . .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|----3---|--------|----3---|--------|
    G|--------|--0-----|--------|--0-----|
    D|--4---4-|--------|--4---4-|--------|
    A|3-------|--------|5-------|--------|
    E|--------|--------|--------|--------|

    Pretty easy, isn't it.
When it's done, try reading the following figure. It's the same figure, only squeezed to half the size...

    ..G . . . .Em . . . C . . . .D. . . .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|--3-----|--3-----|--3-----|--3-----|
    G|-----0--|-----0--|-----0--|-----0--|
    D|-4-4----|-4-4----|-4-4----|-4-4----|
    A|--------|--------|3-------|5-------|
    E|3-------|0-------|--------|--------|

To get a more accurate sound, try playing the D(4th) string (relatively) softly.

The bass changes slightly in the prechorus, though the plucking and rhythm pattern remain the same --

    ..Am. . . .Bm . . . C . . . .D. . . .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|--3-----|--3-----|--3-----|--3-----|
    G|-----0--|-----0--|-----0--|-----0--|
    D|-4-4----|-4-4----|-4-4----|-4-4----|
    A|0-------|2-------|3-------|5-------|
    E|--------|--------|--------|--------|

After playing this figure twice play the following additional part...

    ..D. . . .
    e|--------|
    B|-3--3---|
    G|--0--0--|
    D|---4--4-|
    A|--------|
    E|--------|

Now, the chorus is actually played with a distorted guitar, and the rhythm is kind of tricky... so you're likely to need a bit of time as well as patience here --

    ..G5 . . . . . . . . .B5. . . . . . .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    G|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    D|55555---|--------|--444---|--444---|
    A|55555---|--------|--222---|--222---|
    E|33333---|--------|--222---|--222---|
    ..DUDUD . . . . . . . DUD . . .DUD. .

    ..E5 . . . . . . . . .G5. . . .F#5. .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    G|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    D|22222---|--------|--555---|--444---|
    A|22222---|--------|--555---|--444---|
    E|00000---|--------|--333---|--222---|
    ..DUDUD . . . . . . . DUD . . .DUD. .

    Play this three times.
Last time (play the first half, then) play this figure --

    ..E5 . . . . . . . .G5. . . . . . . .
    e|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    B|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    G|--------|--------|--------|--------|
    D|22222---|--------|5-------|--------|
    A|22222---|--------|5-------|--------|
    E|00000---|--------|3-------|--------|
    ..DUDUD . . . . . . D . . . . . . . .

After chorus for the first time, a guitar solo starts this way --

    ..4 measures(guitar solo 1)
    e|----)B-)~-7:cool:-8)8-7-8-7\5--------)----------|
    B|\8-------------------------8-7--8---8--------|
    G|--------------------------------------@\7--7-|
    D|---------------------------------------------|
    A|---------------------------------------------|
    E|---------------------------------------------|etc...

    You'll need...

    B bend full step
    \ slide down
    x mute

    ) fret 10
    @ fret 12 etc.(see your pc keyboard)

After the second chorus, there's yet another guitar solo. Here's the starting --

    ..4 measures(guitar solo 2)
    e|7--8x-)-)-8x-7----------------|
    B|---------------)\8----5\7-3-\-|
    G|------------------------------|
    D|------------------------------|
    A|------------------------------|
    E|------------------------------|

    ..4 measures
    e|5--7x-8-8-7x-5-3--)B--)-------|
    B|------------------------------|
    G|------------------------------|
    D|------------------------------|
    A|------------------------------|
    E|------------------------------|etc...
