A piece of advice for u, great guns... Don't try to find simple versions of exceedingly simple songs.


Practice and u'll be able to play the tough versions.

very very GOOD point .

 

Don't take this the wrong way, but as one guitarist to another I made this mistake of wanting to play all my fav songs within a few weeks of beginning... recently I have stopped playing songs except those which I do with my band and that too only with them... when alone I only do exercises/scales/arpeggios etc...

 

very VERY true... i still do tht sometimes..and not practice my chords enuff.. which is terrible.
but whtever time i get..i try en practice them .
tis very imp. to do tht..
