    shak Harrr!

guys i have got a strange problem here...
when playing any video .... if i scroll a webpage or open a picture using any picture applications the video goes all fuzzy and pink and green dots appear all over the video ... its something like matrix code but instead of symbols i get dots...
i know it sounds strange ... but the problem goes away only when i restart the pc ... first i thought there was something wrong with the video drivers but i have installed the latest drivers .. still i get the same problem.... any ideas?

IS there something wrong with your media file?? I mean the video file which you paly might be corrupted.. Or maybe that your media player needs a re-installation..

i guess there is something wrong in your video card.....
when did you last format our pc....?
format it and see if it goes or not... otherwise it's surely your video card problem... change it....quickly

first thing to do is to update your codecs and not suspect anything else.

Have you overclocked your video card?? If yes, try lowering the frequencies.

yeah btw if the codecs don't work then it could be the software or the drivers.

best thing to do would be to see if you can get a cheap AGP or PCI card from somewhere and plug it in and see what happens. If it works then its more than likely the card or drivers.

Also you could try installing a set of older version drivers rather than newer versions of that driver.
