Or do you mean vocal melody ... will tab that if you want, but I doubt it would sound all that good that way ...

Hi , good effort!
But I have a doubt, does the para (jeene ke liye..and so on) start with Bm ??
I played it with G and it does not sound bad at all ! You may try that too.I may be wrong, just a doubt.
