haha .. what does hexadecimal colour codes have to do with html and css? lol .. ofcourse you use them when making webpages or style sheets but you dont really need to know css or html to use hex codes .. they are universal ... i dont know css but i do know hex codes (graphic designer) so there goes your implied retort shooting up the spirals of insanity ..

No way are both true...it depends on how you look at it. I hate my name Kashish Sharma hence I prefer ultrabot90. ^_^ But officially I'm still Kashish Sharma.
