Torrentspy.com Giving Viruses to Visitors

    If you are a visitor of the famous torrent site torrentspy.com your computer might be infected with a bunch of viruses of and tojans and you might not even know it. Even the latest antivirus fails to catch them but you can see requests by these viruses to acces the internet if you have a firewall.

    Somebody is purposely putting viruses in their ad rotations.

    You sure...???? then it explains why i have an unexpected virus problem suddenly...!!!

    Its correct.
    My McAfee has been flagging and catching the trojans from torrentspy.com offlate

    Not only torrentspy, but, mininova.org, one of the biggests torrent sites, also having viruses. I faced one (but that virus woz a childish one for me :p:, it cudn't infect mah comp)......

    hmm..yea maybe it is .
    firefox does hang whenever i go to torrentspy.com.
    But Zone Alarm hasnt given any warnings till now.

    Zone alarm won't.

    You need to have some active anti virus set-up.

    ZA has anti vir?
    I thought it hooks up to existing Anti vir on your comp.

    Am not sure thogh, coz I havent used ZA for 2 years now.

    i use zone alarm.
    it works along with ezarmour antivirus on my comp.
    i did not get any warning though.
