"The Leaf" Have you ever seen a leaf as pale as death gliding down a tree ever so slowly as if it wants to feel the cold morning breeze or if it wants the time to freeze branches scream owls howl birds chirp ...in horror as it is on its way on the last journey soon it wd be squashed under the feet burnt... with the trash or rot in the monsoon rain or maybe would be picked by a boy and kept in a book for years to come My dear leaf fall ever so slowly as you dont know where your journey ends on a street turned to ashes mixed with dirt or.... within the pages of my life
Thxs Born2tab and madhuresh....strangely enuff i wrote this poem not in a garden or a park but sitting on my office chair while doing some crappy calculations. Ita amazing where your inspiration comes from sometimes.
