My vote goes for Led Zeps... cuz they revolutionized the rock after 70`s....they combined all the instruments together.....
Ok,.. I had a tufffest time deciding between Led Zepp, Pink Floyd and AC/DC. N i think probably no one,... NO ONEEEE can actually even think of comparing these bands. I voted for Pink Floyd though, coz it rules ma life!
the 70s were ruled by led zep, pink floyd and ac dc.... i think the rest of the ands in the list are redundant... dont get me wrong - i know page was one of the greatest of all time and sounded just too good, even ac dc had some really good songs.. but my votye goes to floyd... i worship them, they are my gods, i love 99% of all floyd songs.. i bought all their cds in original (yes i have both the 20th and 30th annuiversary edition of dsotm) - the latters coming sometime soon.. about how they ruled: go ehar dsotm, ull know why theyre the greastest band ever, then lsiten to wish u were here, meddle and the wall... if ur not convinced go for the rest of thier albums..
yeah....the real competition is b/w floyd and led zep....floyds music is so much more than straight up rock and roll..and dark side of the moon ,wish u were here beats any album let alone a led zep album. So its floyd for me
@sslayer..no offence but if motorhead or lynerd skynerd where they wud u have voted for either over floyd and zep?
yeah ... lynyrd skynyrd IS my fav band of that era ... motorhead is not exactly the fav band ... but man i like their lyrix and their attitude ... LOL ...
Let me rank them .... I voted for Aerosmith coz they were my first love but love Floyd and deep purple(My second love) .... 1) Aerosmith 2) Floyd 3) Deep purple 4) Led Zep 5) Kiss ( 4 or 5 !!!!! Hmmm) 6) Rolling Stones 7) Ac/ Dc 8) Queen (Many wud want tis up... But wht the hell ...this is my choice) 9) S e x pistols (Never heard to much of them) And u've missed out many from the list .... I know the options are few ... Mods can we have more....
What about Doors , The who , Scorpions , Judas Priest ...Iron Maiden , Deep Purple ..... foo ... there are a lots of great guys missing form the list
