Well Tabs = Tablature. Tablature are musical notation formed using letters, numerals, or diagrams to specify pitch in terms of the playing technique of a given instrument rather than abstractly, as in conventional Western staff notation. Chords are a combination of three or more notes that blend harmoniously when sounded together. I know you didnt ask this but... Scales are a succession of notes arranged in ascending or descending order.
Chords are-->When u play 3 or more strings togather then it should not sound 3 diff sounds but only one that makes it harmonious
Thank u very much to all of u. Chord is now clear to me. But Tab ...............still confused..... Pls clarify..... Does Tab mean "sargam" in Hindustani Vocal?? When one asks for Tab for a particular song - Does he mean he wants the complete notation of the song? Rgds, Debu.
Tablatures, "tabs" for short. Chords and scales are commonly referred to as tabs. But as i have seen here on IGT people refer to scales as tabs.
