Hi sj,

Yours chords are good. Rabbi actually sings the song in
D#, and your chords approximate the song quite nicely.

I personally prefer to sing a little lower, so I transpose
it to C (also a little easier to play on the guitar!). For
anyone interested, here is my transposition:
