You will need a slide.. Or a Slide guitar or both.. Anyways listen to High Hopes by Pink Floyd which is on the Division Bell Album.. At the end there is a solo.. Tyr to concentrate on the sound..That sound can be generated by a Slide guitar. Listen t obad Horsie by steve Vai which is on Alien Love secrets.. the rhythm part is played using a slide.. A slide can go from one note to another smoothly withour haveing to bother about the fret blocking it..

A slide is a cylindrical objet which can be put around a finger..(For me the Ring Finger) and play.. I'll give you soe links soon..
