When you get an item into india from abroad, worth more than 10K it become liable for customs duty.

Ofcourse it depends on how intelligent your courier waala is. Usually they dont play hide n seek with customs.

 

ah i got a close relative on a top position in airport customs deaprtment.....no problemo for me !!
