    Some explanations..!!

If you have seen the attchement already now.....it consist of conversion between TAB to STAFF and vice versa......

    Here...A.H. means Artificial Harmonic....

    N.H. means Natural Harmonic....

Now many are asking me what is GHOST NOTE ?....well think of a Ghost....its always invisible...(i dont believe in GOD & GHOST though...)...just like that..the note(s) are visible BUT.....are omitted while playing notation wise....

Question) Then why write the notation...????

Answer ) To maintain the BEAT PARITY while writing notes..one may have to write some ghost notes...

Explanation to Answer ) Suppose a song is in 3/4 beat...then you will have to write the notation for that in 3/4 format...i.e. each BAR will contain 3 notes in total."In total".... beacuse there may be some Quaver,Semiquaver,Demisemiquaver notes also....So one should consider the whole BAR as "In Total"..there are 3 notes....
Now if there is 2 notes in a BAR of 3/4...then it will be wrong to write that in note...right ?...then what we do is...enter a Ghost Note to fill up the 3rd note...but it shouldn't be played....
Now again coming back to the "In Total" concept.....

Question ) Can there be 5 notes inside a BAR of 3/4 beat ????

    Answer ) Yes.It may have.

    Question ) How ?

Answer ) Let there is 4 quaver notes in a group of 2. So it will be considered as 2 notes.Plus 1 note as Crotchet. So it comes to 5 notes, but will be regarded as 3 notes in a BAR of 3/4 beat song.

Question ) Can we prove it mathematically ?

    Answer ) Yes.

    Question ) How ?

Answer ) Mainly there are 4 kinds of Beat pattern.Namely known as Semibrave,Minim,Crotchet & Quaver.

    Semibrave - 4 beat.
    Minim - 2 beat.
    Crotchet - 1 beat.
    Quaver - 1/2 beat.

So now if we take the previous example of 5 notes in a bar of 3/4 notation....the breaking analysis is....

    4 quaver notes in a group of 2..so (1/2 + 1/2)*2 = 2
    1 note as Crotchet............................................= 1
    -------------------------------------------------------------
    Total................................................................=3 Notes

If you have any other quries...do feel free to let me know.....

Of course! There can be even more number of notes in one bar. It is simple fractions. Instead of a 1/4 note, there can be two 1/8 notes, 4 1/16 notes and so on.
