hi people,
i have seen many versions of this song on the net but to my surprise not a single one is correct.
few days ago,sambitsatpathy requested for the accurate tabs and chords for this song.
i have played this song many times on live stage shows but writing the tabs was one of the most difficult task i have performed so far.
it took me more than 4.5 hours to write the right tabs for the song spread accross 8-9 pages.

I had never thought of writing the tabs for this song.
It is such a tediuos job to write the tabs for this song that at the end I got exhausted like anything.
I hate writing tabs and it is only because of my friend sambitsatpathy,that I am writing the tabs for this song.
95% of the guitarists are not able to play the tabs for this song correctly.
I assure the tabs that I am giving is 100% correct and if you play it correctly then it would sound 100% perfect.
Anybody who does not believe in my claim can get the tabs checked by RD Burman (kidding!!!!!!!!!!!).

i am attaching all the guitar work that is there in the song(this is exactly how a professional guitarist plays) in a pdf file so that the tabs does not loose its alignment.

my hard work of 4.5 hours truly desires your reps and feedback.

good work.... nice.... but i didnt understand how u said that those are 100% correct... some small problems are there... like not mentioning some trivial and small strokes in different places... then in one place u played the right notes but in incorrect octave (the starting riff b4 the violin music) etc... but overall your work is really excellent and praiseworthy.

and one more thing are you talking about the bass notes,if you are talking about the bass notes then i am sorry to say they are perfect.
i have played this song several times on stage shows and it sounds pretty good.
i think i should upload an audio file of the tabs, this will aid while playing the tabs.

good post. It definitely sounds very acurate to me. However, I would like to make a little correction to your post. The music of kalakaar was given by Kalyanji-Anandji and not R.D. Burman.

Most accurate tabs and chords are not accurate (neele Neele Ambar)...

Dear Mr. Souman,

I am sorry to say that your tabs for "neele neele ambar par" are not 100% accurate. They are in fact 70-80% accurate with quite a number of flaws. Now this song's tabs are so complex and many that even if you play 70-80% of original they will sound 100% accurate to beginers or audience, specially in an orchestra..where other instruments are also playing.


So you must have played on stage many times (so have I)...but you never played 100% correct.

I'll post the corrections on your submission...and you will immediately realize the errors. For example..let me write the Correct intro TABS for now. Nevertheless I have seen your other tabs and chords...and they are quite good...but I always have my ears raised when people claim to be 100% correct.

Here are correct tabs for intro and the mukhda...I will post the guitar pieces for antaras later as they are really time consuming to write. I have mentioned in parenthesis..where i have introduced correction.

You must listen to the song carefully to appreciate the corrections.
