Hey man.. the chords to this song is so simple. The song was featured in Chris Koch's "Snow Day" release back in the summer of 2000.
The full length version of the song can also be found on their self-titled album "Six Pence None The Richer".

Am G C
And I just can't contain
Am G C D
This feeling that remains

G D C
There she goes

If you watched Zee English in the ages past, this used to be the starting theme for a serial called "Jesse".

Jesse was so cute <3

yeah this is a nice song ...and the chords ^ sound good ..but she (..'they' rather) also play a Dsus2 and a D after 'This feeling that remains'.
even kiss me by sixpence is lot of fun to play on acoustic

It is actually G D C9....
It is not in Snow day Soundtrack....that song is "kiss me" by the same band.
It is neither in Notting hill sound track...:)
It is in OST of some Julia Roberts movie tho...that much i remember..;)
It was originally done by a band called "The Las" in the late '70s...this is the cover by sixpence... ur talking about i think.I like this version tho.
And yes ...I simply love this song...:)

That would be Cadd9 though, not C9. C9 actually means Cdom9. I love this song :)

NO i doubt if its Cadd9.. C is fine!
can someone suggest a strumming pattern in DUDU pattern?

@light_of_erindi

15. abhimanjrekar

abhimanjrekar ----> Zhol-Man<----

its like the pattern of RUABAROO song..the rang de basanti wala at start and then its like...D D stop D U D...il try to record if i get time...

@vini...Cadd9 is the official tablature from the songbook...so there ...

here's the strumming....

udu-d udu-d udu-dd-d (for verses and most of the song)

and ddddd at the end of each verse when the chord is D.

spaces indicate a long(comparatively...cause thestrum sequence itself is pretty fast) pause and '-' indiacates skipping a stroke but maintaining the tempo.I'll post an audio if i can cause my mic is screwed.till then :beer:

I think it was Cadd9 as far as I can remember. However, if you personally like the sound of C there, play that way by all means.

Ok...I have used Cadd9 but my tuning is lower but that shud give u an idea of how to play...
