7h9 means 7 hammer 9 its when to play the 7th fret then on the same note hit the 9th fret it has to be quite quick...i think others here can provide a better explanation than me
look play the note on the 7th fret let the note ring....while the note rings...use your 3 finger(b4 the pinky) to hit the 9th fret as the note is ringing...it will change the note played...its that simple
7H9 means wen u r playin the 7th note u hit the 9th note immediately without pluckin the string again.
