if u keep your mouse on the reputation dots on the left side .. some text shows up .. like "___ is on a distinguised road" or "_____ will be famous soon enough" i want to know how it is determined who gets what .... i saw ppl having same no. of dots with different messages ... is it set by the mods/admin ??
when u get giving reputation u get points in ur user cp... depending on how many points u have in ur user cp... that is what it says over ur rep dots....

i don't think that is the case .. i have seen people with 2 green dots with the message as "___ actions are really SHAMEFUL" (my message) this message is certainly for people with negative reputation and not for people who have 2 reputation points will the admin please say something!
