This just shows the notes on the fretboard which are there in the Dmaj scale.

You do not need to play them in any order.

 

This diagram shows all the notes that are in the particular scale. Play them in any order to improvise on chords belonging to the scale (as it says here: d major)

or tell me one thing more and that iss if i tune Drop d tunning... nd i play the intro of bichar kay bhi by call because it is on dropd tunning.. if i want to play the chords alsoo like G,C ..... soo yar kya drop d per G,C chords play ho sakti hain... ?

 

course u can... but remember that chords dont always hav to be played in first inversion.... use second inversion etc it mite b easir that way and mite sound better
