OZ, is it a musical piece u r developing? to me it is very good. can u reduce the squeaks with some s/w. I think it can be done. I was using headphones and initial squeaks were highly projected. Are u sometimes playing one guitar in spanish style? Donno if it is right word. so excuse me. i found some parts are really fast and great. What does Inteha mean? I am non-hindi person. From title I thought it was song from some BigB movie(sharabi?) I hope more comments will come. In anycase continue your good work. rgds n reps
well thx jozko.....i dnt play spanish alot but this inteha instrumental is not a spanish ( juss a inst on a C scale)...Inteha is a urdu wrd which mean Extreme..Well Im in instrumentals......... guyz i need ur comments
good effort...some messing up here n there, can be improved further the screeching sound is a damper but it can be done away wid after practice.
Aka Oz said in another thread that new strings are giving more finger noise. Any special powder or something available that can minimize squeaks? anyone knows?
^ ya..thats right! i dont think there is any magic potion or powder for that matter, which can solve this problem..playing a little cleverly and lifting ur finger up everytime u switch from one barre chord to another might just help...practice is the word! imo
i was searching net. indeed there is some lube or spray called fret ease, fingerease, fast fret etc. Of course not magical things, but real things. Noise come in not only when playing barre. And someone has put tip on using it on back of neck too to avoid sticky neck especially in humid conditions. pros know better.
Also read somewhere that new strings usually mean lesser noise. :-( confusing. And during professional recording easing products are sometimes used to reduce noise. finger noise to some level is accepted, is musical and characteristic of guitaring esp acoustic. In excess it can be annoying. Wish some.. real professional explained it here. mno
@jozko thanks for sharing this info..there are many people here including me who are unaware of such powders
