Oh Happiness! ************************************* Oh Happiness, you are like frost on the windscreen Which people wipe to let in the scorching sunbeams We go on a quest, searching for your traces But who knows you dwell very near.......On our faces You sure are dear to all and who says you dont subsist I see you in every child's giggle I see you in the eyes of a newly born's mother I see you in the breads for which poor long I see you in the notes of a joyous song So Lets rise and rejoice for lo now its known where happiness is found You dont have to wait for it Nor you need to look around.. ************************ A thought always used to pinch me that why most of the poems are sad, dark and dismal (not that i dont write sad ones)l. So i thought of writing this poem as an ode to Happiness! Yippee!! :grin: ps- i wrote this poem yesterday but didnt plan to post it here but im really ecstatic right now as my resultz out(and ofcourse i have passed )..so i decided to post it!
