No dude, those are bends. The guy bends the 14th fret till it sounds like the 16th.

You need to get two of your fingers ready.
Keep one on the B string at 15th fret.
The other one on the G string at 14th fret.

Now pick both the strings simultaneuosly.
Letting both the strings ring, bend the G string so that it starts soundign like 16th fret. and then release the bend back so that it sounds like 14th fret,

Before doing this you should be well versed with string bends and pretty accurate with it. Otherwise this will sound like crap.

Use your index and middle finger to bend the G 14th fret and use the ring finger to fret the 15th fret B string, and hit both strings simultaneously. You can use the pinkie on the B string and other 3 fingers on the G string if you wish.

For the other portion, use your index finger to simultaneously fret the 12th fret B and E strings, and use the middle and ring fingers to bend the G string.

Both these portions are very standard and you will find them in every other blues or rock song.

ok buddy. a lot of the parts of the song HAVE to be pulled off with fingers. so in this case, u ur thumb, ur index, ur middle and ring finger.. the rest is self explanitory. i perfer using my thumb for the two low strings. then my index for the third thinnest, my ring for the second and my ring for the third. the rest is up to u. hav fun!
