New thread problem

    nazr angel is my genital..

    I am not being able to make a thread in the guitar tips and tutorial forum.The meassage displayed says something about the admin moderating the forum or some such.

    In the tutorial forum, the admin has to approve of ur thread n then only it shows up... I think.

    EDIT: If that's the message ur getting then I guess I'm right.
