Need Keyboard Notations for this English Song Pls

Hi,
I don't know how this english song begins, but it ends as "I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I LOVE YOU". The same tune is used in the movie Maine Pyaar Kiya (1989).

Will someone post the keyboard notations for this berautiful song? I want to play it on my Aucostic Guitar on my wedding day.

If someone post the notes of Hindi song ( Aate jaate ) , is that good enough
for you as you say the song is similar to the Hindi song .

 

I have tab of this songs Hindi verson as a Pro Tabber provides me .

Ok Sir give me 2 -3 days to post it .

 

There is a problem as I know only Guitar notation so I will tab it in Guitar
Form and request other Igtians to convert it in Western form .
So if C.M.G. has tabs better he submit it .

LOLZ . Who says people get banned by posting Hindi tabs in English forum
when the tune of both the songs are similar .
