My First Recording: Hotel California (Strumming)

Hey IGT'ians !!!!

This is my first recording. I have been playing guitar from last 2 months now and it seems like the silver lining is becoming brighter I own a crappy Johnson acoustic guitar which usually gets beaten up when I get frustrated :annoyed:. I cant sing while I am playing... its really confusing. Either I forget the lyrics or screw up the strumming. :

The song is "Hotel California" by the Eagles. Amazing song...:music:

ok dude i heard ur recording...but its my favourite song to play...so i have certain things to tell u.....NO OFFENCE MEANT.....

1. at the start,chuck the chords slowly once...also don pluck any strings..pluck as those of the tune..u have plucked many strings offtune........

2. the chord strummin is entirely wrong i felt.....plz hear the song dude....it has seconds breaks also....u have jus strummed it continously on and on and on......

3.DONT STRUM THE CHORDS SO HARD..........

thts all i wana say..again no offence meant......but u do the complete song...let it take time no probs...but do it entire,proper and then post......i hope u l surely improve........eagerly waitin for tht recording from u......

Thanks for reviewing it. I was just holding a chord and plucking strings :. I got the strumming pattern from this site: https://www.guitartutoronline.com/

Go under free songs > Hotel California > Chorus . It also has a recording of the strumming pattern.

I dont think I can finish the whole song ... took me hours to record this I will try though.

 

very good recording noise free. played nicely as abhi said but u can play better. try playing with the original song it will take care of tempo, and rythm. ur recording says u've put in lot of efforts. keep rockin. :band:
