Making a Sound Proof Room

Arite its little off topic , how do i go about sound proofin my room, i tried layin thermacol sheets, it cost'd me furtune plus it dint workout as it was supposed too , anyways so folks wot do you suggest, its 10/15 ...can bear the loudest....

 

old bed sheets, cardboard boxes, etc..you get the point..

 

Tried it bro , room stinked like anythin, anyother suggestions ?

Egg cartons on the walls serve as good absorbers of sound. It's the texture of the cartons that makes for maximum absorption.

 

this is probabbally 2nd or third time iam hearin from someone ,should give a try... thank you all ...

 

try putting on some really heavy curtons (big ones) on ur windows or doors,they might absorb some amount of sound frequency
