little help needed with guitar scales

yaaaar can any one of u plz plz post all the scales of the guitar like scale of e...C....D.....(jitnay bhi hotay hain all of them) u can post them like :

C: C....F...G...D...F#...C jaisay bhi hota hai

and aslo the chord that match each other .....like if i am strumming D chord or wht ever than to which chord(s) i can shift to and same is the case with the picking and solos......like agar mein E ka scale baja raha hoon tu to which other scale(s) i can shift too.......
