in the first one, the typist hadnt pressed "Shift" or doesnt have the caps lock on for the alphabet. but so is not the case in the second one.so thats the difference. ok enough bullshitin actually nothing of the sort that u hav in mind. No difference both convey same meaning.that is F# (major) chord
