my frnd has got placement offer for tcs and infosys...hes confused wich to take...can ne one help me wich is good in terms of salary,work culture,....ne igt iaan who is in either of the company??? :help:
Infosys are well known to be the worst payers in the IT industry. So I would say TCS. Coincidentally, I too have got offers from both companies.

Its an employees' market today- one should ask the company if they're ready to give the kind of wrk u wanna do and discuss ur xpectations to the xtent possible -- the more flexible the cmpany -the better. Its ultimately how much value the prospective employer can add up to ur skills counts in the long run ---- -- it makes more sense to know beforehand which team u'll join and what role u'r likely to have. in my honest opinion, no 'company' can be compared to the other. At the end of the day *U* gotta be happy - so ask ur friend to *go for the work * that he'll be comfortable doin ... can contribute the best. ..and get a value addition to skills!
bah...id tell him to apply to more companies, its well known that infy are a bunch of misers. TCS aint too great , but Infie does have a great training session, hell definately learn somehting there. Id still tell him to try for more, there Wipro too u know and a hell lot. IT companies are a dime a dozen..
