*surprised* thanks for the reps keoraf and rohan.. ^Why don't you get a teacher then?Internet can only go so far as to advise you in general..people have different ranges of voices hence sites can't give a generalized yet detailed technique...it'll have to change for each individual..yet,you can wait 4 sm replies..

remember hearing is more important in music,whether singing or playing try to sing along with the song and get the scale, and don't try to mimic the voices like very few of us can exactly sing in atif's voice.
