How to Map between Numeric notes and Alphabetic notes.

    Hi All,

    Does any one know How to Map between Numeric notes and Alphabetic notes.
    For Eg.
    E k ladki ko dekha to aisa laga
    ----6-----6-----5---6------8------5----6----8----5---8----5----6

    to Alphabetic notes such as A#, B. etc..

    I think i have asked the question in a worng manner because i was ignorant.

    -------------------------------------------------------
    -------------------------------------------------------

    Anyways now i know how to read the above written Numbers.

    These are the six strings of a spanish guitar. So reading from Left to right--> Play the strings as 3rd String 3rd Fret, 2nd String 1st Fret, and So on....
    That means A#, C, and.. So on.

    well yes every fret has a particular note to it ... u need to learn the whole fretboard to be fluent at this
    but i dont know for what purpose you wanna do this
