I cook a lot...tikka masala, korma, chicken manchurian and chicken chilly, schezwan , noodles...biryani, pulav...fried rice..tandoori chicken.but I cannot make chapatti. So I buy paratha's or tortilla's ...and yes staying alone teaches a lot. I feel I am a decent cook...thats what my friends say!

I can cook a lot. I am considered as one of the best cooks in the family. I can cook these things. In my hostel I once specially prepared some dosa for my maths lecturer. A lot of my aunts keep taking recipes from me or ask me to cook something when I go there. :annoyed: . By the way I am a strict vegetarian, so I know only vegetarian things. My bandmates are asking me for a big lunch where I cook all of the things. South Indian: ----------------- Idly, Dosa, Sambar, Rasam, All the vegatable curries, etc.... pretty much everything you find in a Tamilian's House. Chinese: ------------ Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurians, Wantons, All soups, Chop Suey, Chinese Sauces and Gravies. Continental: ----------------- Legumes Au Gratin, Pasta, A lot of soups like Cream of Brocholli, Cream of Asparagus, French Onion, etc... North Indian: ------------------ All the regular crap like Panner Butter Masala, Dhal Fry, Dhal Makhani, Palak Panner, Dum Aloo, Kadi, etc... Others: ---------- Ice Cream, Cakes, Biscuits, Cookies, Pizza, Burgers, Submarines, Sandwiches, Ketchups, ****neys, Raitas, etc.. and a lot of sweets like Kheer, Halwa, Burphies, etc... I used to do an open challenge about my Kheer that it's the best the other person would have ever tasted in his life. I used to make it my hostel and all my room mates and other invited guys agreed
