for example, what would a G major chord be called in hindi?

Well, a komal sa is called a flat in english and it is denoted by b (not beeeee). On the other hand a teevra sur is called a sharp or augmented in english and is denoted by #. In Indian classical music, we don't follow the chord system. So, there is no name for different chords. But a G Major chord in terms of notes can be understood to be a collection of three notes 1, 3, 5 of G major scale i.e. G B D.
