Help with Understanding stuff!

Okay so I was browsing thru this forum i decided to join but then I got a few questions on reading the tabs

are these for electric guitars??

These are chords... E Stands for E Chord, Em stands for E minor, Dsus2 is a D suspended chord etc etc..
They are not specific to any type of guitar....
