i use the following tabs for sapta swaras E---------------------2--3--------------------------------------- B---------------3--4--------------------------------------------- G---------4--5--------------------------------------------------- D---5--6--------------------------------------------------------- A---------------------------------------------------------------- E---------------------------------------------------------------- S R G M P D N S but i donno what are the positions (sthaayi) of the rishabham(like whether it is shudhdha, chathushriti, or sathshruthi),gandhaaram, madhyamam and so on.......{ specific positions for R1, R2, R3, M1, M2 and similarly for G and N } does the afore mentioned seven positions represent mAyAmALava gowLA???? ive been trying to play some of the melakarta...but failing miserably hope some one helps me out.....
