    it really depends what he's asking.

    you want good reputed manufacturers for what?
    solid body electric
    hollow body electric
    lap steel
    acoustic
    nylon classical (acoustic)
    or spanish guitars?

    nylon classicals and spanish guitars are good finger style guitars so are flamenco's but they are a bit girly ... :)

    I mean i like the flemenco based spanish gypsy kinda music...u know with all the foot tappings and clappings.... amazing....
