But wot if someone changes his IP and hides his previous identity?? :

 

^ so what..he will be banned again..and losing identity is a big issue..here..not for some people who are just here to spam..

It's a very common isuue in many forums where, other members of a familey can't post because the IP is banned....
But is there any way out?

 

ban the mac address.

@arnold_aj i banned 4 my dirty & nasty poems...they didnt like my creativity ... they closed all my threads...and banned me...
