Seems more like a spittoon hanging up in the air.
Or maybe a chandelier.

And it looks really pathetic. This almost reminds me of a thread created by J.J where he recorded some donkey braying and challenged us to tab it.

This seems to be created either by a shaky camera or by smudging the picture (using photo editing tools)
