wow , that was one kind  i am sure , they would be out of it , they must be getting many cases like these !!!
STILL GOOGLE DESERVES RESPECT U KNO MY IE HOME PAGE IS SET TO WWW.GOOGLE.COM I SERIOUSLY CANT DO WITHOUT IT
nothing.. its not a crime- u cant expect google to provide protection from this... its a load of crap....
It is a fraud, but I don't think google must be held responsible. However I think that google owes it to come up with a solution (since they always come up with such neat ideas) maybe count all clicks from a single ip address on a single day as just one? Its like I'm hosting a dinner and pay the caterers by the plate, and some unkind people use 10-15 plates for no reason. While the caterer is not responsible, it must still be accounted correctly.
This cant be fraud!!!! its ridiculous!!!! What about all the billboards on the streets.....everyone who reads them doesn't necessarily do business with the advertised company!!!! The only diff is that billboards dont charge a dollar for every car that passes by. Google should actively monitor all clicks from the same IP but you cant count all the clicks from one IP as a single click. If this is the case then people with routers will all count as a single person.
