Friendship With A Rose


When I find myself alone
Somewhere in the middle of the ocean
With no hope
Far and wide and beside
The fragrance of friendship
Gets deep into me
And I see a ray of light
Coming down to pull me out
And show me the way
To a new horizon
Full of glory and joy
Such is the friendship
Of a Rose, blooming
And glittering
In the first sunshine
With the sizzling dew
Nodding in the morning breeze
Singing the song of life…..
Yes, the friendship with a Rose
Ended my endless dark nights
Lapped with agony and aghast
Giving a new meaning
To the life
To shine brighter than the brightest star….​

P.S. I've personified Rose with Someone whom I love...... Well, it's a long story and already been discussed in IGT in Dec 2004.....
