Flamenco Ligado techniques (Hammer on)

    Here is a falsetta (verse) that is commonly used in many Flamenco songs. Start slowly. In the last two tabs, the notes on the 6th, 5th and 4th strings must sound like one continuous run. Use a metronome ! Build speed very slowly. Use the thumb (apoyando style): The tip of your thumb should point towards your left shoulder (assuming you are right handed). The angle of attack should be diagonal and downwards starting from an inch away from the soundhole. After you play the 6th string your thumb should come to rest on the 5th string and so on.
    Needless to say, use a classical or Flamenco guitar !
